Kylie Minogue was born May 28, 1968, in Melbourne, Australia. Kylie's big break came along when she played the part of Charlene in the Australian soap, Neighbours; her debut single 'The Locomotion' was released while she was still playing the role.

A string of hits soon followed as she teamed up with producers Stock, Aitken and Waterman: "I Should Be So Lucky", "Got To Be Certain", "Je Ne Sais Pas Pour Qui", "Hand On Your Heart", "Wouldn't Change A Thing", and "Never Too Late" were all hits for Kylie in 1988 and 1989.

Moving into the 90s, Kylie became a sexy superstar with increased media coverage as they followed her romance with the late INXS lead singer, Michael Hutchence. She signed a new record deal with DeConstruction records heading in a more indie direction. In 1994 she released a second album entitled 'Kylie Minogue'.

More recently Kylie is enjoying a new wave of success as her raunchy image sells records such as 'Can't Get You Out Of My Head' from her double-platinum album 'Fever' of 2002, to calendars and even her own range of lingerie 'LoveKylie'.
